Our client has the objective to represent the voice or their customers and to make the actions of their peers tangible by collecting and analyzing relevant client feedback leveraged with data insights, alongside market information & financial results. They are looking for an IT Analyst (H/F) with a strong understanding of the challenges related to this field.

The IT Analyst (H/F) will be responsible for : 
– Responsible for defining and implementing the methodology for requirements management.
– Model Business Processes using BPMN notation, analyze and improve existing Business Processes.
– Act as liaison between Business and technical teams, translate Business Needs into Functional Requirements and User Stories, define Acceptance Criteria.
– Define Test Cases and assist Business in validating Application Deliverables.
– Follow-up delivery of software applications and bug fixes.

Your profile : 
– You have a Master’s degree in computer science, engineering or mathematics and have proven experience as an Analyst.
– You have a thorough knowledge and experience with business and technical requirements analysis, business process modeling/mapping, methodology development, and data modeling.
– You are familiar with agile development environments.
– You have the ability to create application documentation and procedures in both technical and user-friendly language.
– You have excellent listening, interpersonal and communication skills and you like to work in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
– You work in an organised, rigorous way and demonstrate strong analytical skills.
– You show good oral and written proficiency in English and Dutch or French
