Located in Lille, Lyon, Nantes, Grenoble, and Brussels, Insitoo Freelances is an entity of Insitoo Group, specialized in Freelances sourcing and supplying.Since 2007, Insitoo Freelances has been a reference in IT thanks to its expertise, transparency, and proximity .Currently, in order to answer to a request for proposals of our client, we are looking for an Accountant and testing SAP S/4HANA consultant in Brussels.

Responsibilities :
Accounting Responsibilities
– Managing general accounting operations, mainly related to personnel expenses.
– Preparing and posting closing entries (monthly, semi-annual, and annual).
– Justifying and monitoring accounts (e.g., car expenses, team building, pensions, extra-legal benefits, provisions, etc.).
– Preparing accounting reconciliations for personnel expenses in coordination with the HR department.
– Preparing financial statements (balance sheets, BNB annexes, supporting documents, VAT and tax declarations, etc.).
– Justifying accounts during audits by external auditors, and for works council, board meetings, or tax inspections.
– Preparing official documents: tax certificates, VAT, annual accounts, annexes to tax returns, including DNA (non-deductible expenses) for cars, personnel-related costs, and benefits.
– Drafting and maintaining work processes and instructions.

SAP S/4HANA Testing Responsibilities
– Developing a test plan and test scenarios.
– Determining testing methodologies.
– Performing tests.
– Assisting accounting teams in conducting their tests.
– Monitoring tests, tracking anomalies, creating action plans, and producing summaries.

Expected skills :
– Proven an experience acountant mainly is personnel expenses – Must have
– Proven an experience as an accountant in a corporate environnement – Must have
– Proven experience with advance Excel – Must have

– Proven experience with SAP R3 – Must have
– Prove an experience in design/execute/review test plan – Must have
– Prove an experience with corporate tax and VAT – Should have
– Proven an experience with S/4 HANA – Should have

Languages :
– English – Fluent – Mandatory
– French or Dutch – Fluent – One of both is mandatory
