Actuellement, afin de répondre aux besoins de nos clients, nous recherchons un Business Analyst (H/F) à Bruxelles, Belgique.

 Our client must meet two major challenges:

• On the one hand, to offer its customers robust train paths more than 6 months in advance that take into account the planned works ;

• On the other hand, to apply the new European directives on TTR (TimeTable and Capacity Redesign) and TCR (Temporary Capacity Restrictions).

As a Business Analyst, you will collaborate in achieving our objectives :

– You integrate within the existing « operational » teams in order to acquire a good knowledge of the objectives and of the current and future needs of the Business ;

– You ensure an active participation of the representatives of the Business in order to obtain and collect pertinent information as well as possible ;

– Based on the information received, you identify, formulate and formalize in documents the needs/expectations of the Business ;

– You ensure the validation of these documents that will be used further in the process by the product owner to evolve the IT applications ;

– You work closely with the product owner and provide him with the requested clarifications ; if necessary, you contact the representatives of the Business to answer additional questions.

Required :

• Master’s degree or equivalent experience and at least 8 years of relevant professional experience in Business or Functional  Analysis.

• Your experience allows you to unravel a complex body of information and convert it into understandable and ready-to-use language.

• Strong communication and synthesis skills.

• You deliver clear and structured documents.

• You have sufficient knowledge of English (reading and writing).
