Actuellement, afin de répondre aux besoins de nos clients, nous recherchons un Business Analyst (H/F) à Bruxelles, Région de Bruxelles-Capitale, Belgique.

In the department Credit Risk Management, the squad « Credit Risk Data » is in charge of the sourcing of risk data and a significant part of the calculation infrastructure. 
The aim of this squad is to keep the Risk Infrastructure – specifically data sourcing & dissemination, LGD, EAD and securitisation – up and running + extend to answer to new needs of the Risk and other departments, leveraging on all the applications in its portfolio for the different missions of the Risk department.

Several initiatives are currently supported by the squad:
– green lending
– Basel III: model recalibration & enhancement
– funding: improvement of ALM and funding capabilities
– RADaR: the implementation of BCBS239 : finalization of an interactive reporting environment, implementation of data lineage and data governance processes
– BeCRIS / AnaCredit
– accounting projects (further roll-out of the new accounting system, Forbearance, IFRS, …)

Main tasks as Business Analyst:

• Gathering of requirements  & writing of business requirements for IT

• Preparation and execution of tests – preparation of the GO/NO GO meetings.

• Development of queries, reports, dashboards, …

• Collaboration with the IT department & project team during implementation phase.

• Collaboration with different requestors, mostly from business side

Location : Brussels

English : Fluent in writing, good in speaking & understanding

French ou dutch : Fluent/good in speaking & understanding, basic/good in writing  (required at least for either Dutch or French)

At least 3 years of relevant experience :

• Medium to expert knowledge of standard MS tools and technologies: Word / Excel / PowerPoint / Access / VBA

• Thorough SAS experience

• Sufficient SQL experience

• Functional / Technical analysis skills

• Programming capabilities

• Testing capabilities

• experience with working in a large company/complex business environment

• good understanding of credit risk regulation (Basel III/IV, CRD IV, CCR3)
