In order to respond to our client needs, we are looking for a Business Analyst with SAP Background (H/F).

Our client is dealing with a fast changing business environment ; a strong growth strategy (as well in key account as in mass market segment) has been defined and implemented. This strategy leads to different business needs & change in the existing processes and procedures.

The above triggered the fact that they launched recently a new operating model. In that context, a conversion of a SAP ECC platform towards an S/4 HANA platform is taking place.

In the above context, our client is looking for a business analyst with SAP background who will perform the following tasks:

– Document the E2E flows cross application platform being
– SAP S/4 HANA
– Microsoft Dynamics platform for visit & prospection management
– A tool to manage the contracting part in the lifecycle of a POS
– A tool to communicate digitally with our POS
– A tool to manage the product offer
– The customer master data model, etc.
– Considering the different interfaces [ IGS / ES etc. ]
– Document the UAT scripts
– Support the business in UAT testing
– Support related to Authorizations / roles
– Support related to Risk matrix – compliance

The person should have

– 3-5 years SAP experience. Preferably with knowledge of S/4 HANA
– He / she should also have a Retail / Consumer goods background.

The BA will work together with the SAP PM Retail / logistic project manager and the business to realize the above tasks.

For this position the candidate should have the following skills :

– Strong communication skills & team player: as well with business side as with IT side
– Good analytic skills, able to distillate the key elements within a huge amount of information & data.
– Fast learner.
– Strong degree of Pro activity and autonomy
– Experience with SAP [ ECC / S4 HANA ] = 3-5 Years = priority
– Experience with Microsoft dynamics 365 suite, ERP, CRM, Sharepoint,…. Is a plus
– Language : good understanding and speaking skills in FR/NL/EN.
