Located in Lille, Lyon, Nantes, Grenoble, and Brussels, Insitoo Freelances is an entity of Insitoo Group, specialized in Freelances sourcing and supplying.Since 2007, Insitoo Freelances has been a reference in IT thanks to its expertise, transparency, and proximity . We are looking for a Business change officer for our client in Brussels.
Homeworking/onsite : 3 days onsite / 2 days homeworking
Key responsibilities :
– Define and implement communication, training, and stakeholder management actions
– Create clear and engaging communication materials (in collaboration with the communication department and project analysts)
– Organize events;
– Assess the needs and impacts of various ongoing projects and initiatives in terms of change management, with potential evolutions depending on requirements;
– Define an appropriate change plan in close collaboration with the team lead and program/project managers;
– Identify the necessary activities and resources to successfully carry out change initiatives;
– Influence and convince: proactive, autonomous, independent, curious, creative, determined, patient, open-minded, confident while embracing daily feedback, and possessing integrity;
– Flexible and able to operate in complex and evolving internal/external environments;
– Strong organizational skills (structured, synthetic, accessible, precise, etc.);
– Capable of connecting with all levels within the organization, especially in high-resistance environments;
– Present within operational teams to convey messages, capture needs, and liaise with project and executive teams;
Expected skills :
– Excellent collaboration skills;
– Strong business acumen and understanding of organizational challenges;
– Experience with project management methodologies and standard project lifecycles;
– Support the Corporate Change Manager in defining action plans to develop a change culture within the company;
– Contribute to the development and positioning of the team and department by supporting various projects, initiatives, workshops, and other activities.
– ADKAR/PROSCI certification – Must have
– Proven experience in application of change management approaches and methodologies, particularly ADKAR/PROSCI – Must have
– Change management – Minimum 7 years – Must have
– Experience in creating communication materials (e.g., PowerPoint decks on change strategy) – Must have
– Experience in stakeholder management – Must have
Languages :
– Bilingual (French/Dutch) – Must have
– B2 level of English – Must have
