Located in Lille, Lyon, Nantes, Grenoble and Brussels, Insitoo Freelances is an entity of Insitoo Group, specialized in Freelances sourcing and supplying.Since 2007, Insitoo Freelances serves as a reference thanks to its expertise in IT and its values of transparency and proximity.Currently, in order to answer to a request for proposals of our client, we are looking for a Data Analyst (H/F) in Brussels.

The requirements are the following :

– Communicate efficiently with business departments to gather, understand and translate business needs into clear requirements.
– Get a clear view of all the data sources and data available within Axepta ;
– Identify which data are required to build the expected extraction and reporting ; 
– Collect and integrate data and perform data preparation and transformations in a secure manner, in order to produce reusable key data sets ;
– Use these key data sets to produce reportings and analysis for our internal customers as well as regulatory reportings ; 
– Create clear documentation on the data collection and transformations ; 
– Build reports via Salesforce reporting module and/or build dashboards via Tableau  or Power BI.
– Create insights and do storytelling
– Export, merge and transform data with Power Query in case the data have not been integrated yet ; data security by design is key ! 
– Ensure data quality by implementing controls on the imported and produced data.
– Discover trends and insights that could bring value to the business.
– Organize and document functionally implemented data integrations and reports.

Expected skills :
– English – Mandatory
– French or Dutch – At least one of both must be mastered
– Excel – Mandatory
– SQL – Mandatory
– Data visualization – Mandatory
– Scrum methodology – Mandatory
– Modelling technique – Mandatory
