Located in Lille, Lyon, Nantes, Grenoble and Brussels, Insitoo Freelances is an entity of Insitoo Group, specialized in Freelances sourcing and supplying.Since 2007, Insitoo Freelances serves as a reference thanks to its expertise in IT and its values of transparency and proximity.Currently, in order to answer to a request for proposals of our client, we are looking for a Data Officer (H/F) in Brussels.

The requirements are the following :
– Collaborate closely with the Data Governance Officer and the Data Communications Consultant to define and implement the data governance strategy
– Translate the strategy into an actionable data roadmap
– Facilitate the onboarding of the different stakeholders on this change management journey.
– Define & implement the data strategy
– Define & implement the data organization with assigned data roles & responsibilities
– Define & implement the data governance bodies
– Define & implement the data governance processes, standards & policies
– Define & implement the foundation for data management processes (data quality, data documentation)
– Guide in choosing the most appropriate tools to empower our transformation

Expected skills :
– Successful past experiences in implementing a data governance approach in a multi-entity organization
– Deep understanding of data governance concepts and their practical implementation such as in data quality and data documentation (business glossary & data dictionary)
– Experience implementing best practices, methodologies, frameworks, principles, policies & standards.
– Experience implementing data governance tool ( data catalogue, data quality , data documentation) ex: Collibra, Informatica, …
– Knowledge of data architecture and at least notions of SQL
– Certification in one or more frameworks like Dama DMBok, DCAM is a plus
– French or Dutch – At least one of both fluently

Telework/On-site : 3 days homeworking, 2 days per week on site
