In order to respond to our client needs, we are looking for a Data scientist (H/F).

Climate and fleet reporting:

– Helps to report the objectives of the climate program: operational objectives and the main objective, namely -40% CO2 by 2030.
– Helps with the development of the mobility profile sketch 2.0
– Helps with the Ultimo project manager (vehicle management) to integrate reporting into Ultimo as much as possible.
– Can answer parliamentary questions if necessary.
– Searches for unique sources that enrich the data.
– Thinks along about an adjustment of the working method that benefits the data quality.
– Taking care of the documentation so that continuity is assured.
– Climate analytics (predictive analysis).

Preferably, you have work experience with the end-to-end data science project life cycle, including:

– Translating business requests into data requirements
– Identifying high-value use cases through data exploration and visualization.
– Developing machine learning solutions (incl. feature engineering, model fitting, etc.).
– Deploying scalable machine learning applications to production.

Knowledge and/or experience in several of the following domains:

– Experienced in data modelling
– Knowledge of different database types (relational, document, graphs, …)
– Experienced with visualization tools (Power BI, Qlik view/sense, Tableau, Spotfire, …)
– You have strong knowledge of state-of-the-art machine learning and statistical methods (focus on forecasting methods
– Python
– Pandas
– Ssklearn
– Statsmodels
– SQL

Requirements:

– A Master / Bachelor degree in an IT related field
– Skilled, deliberate and open communicator with excellent presentation skills
– Excellent researcher and analyst, with sharp problem-solving skills
– A pro-active, independent worker, but also a team player
– Cool and calm in a high-demanding environment in transition
– You have strong knowledge of software development
– A creative problem solver
– Knowledge of Github is a plus
