Telework/onsite : 2 to 3 days per week onsite

Key responsibilities :
Ensuring incident management:

– Managing incidents throughout their life cycle

– Initiating incident resolution in order to comply with the SLAs / OLAs

– Contribution to keep the incident knowledge base up to date and visible

– Ensuring that the incident is handled in line with its priority level

– Keeping all stakeholders regularly informed of the progress of resolution

Organizing and leading crisis cells in the event of major incidents:

– Being part of IMOD (Incident manager on Duty) on call week (24/7) once a month for critical applications

– Organizing and leading crisis management units

– Communication with top management on the resolution of critical incidents

– Keeping all stakeholders regularly informed of the progress of resolution

Ensuring compliance with the incident and problem management processes:

– Ensuring that the incident management process is followed from creation to resolution

– Being proactive in continuously improving the incident management process

– For recurring incidents, creating and following up on the associated problem

– Ensuring that the problem management process is followed from creation to resolution

– Preparing and leading incident review meetings

Required skills and competencies :

– Experience as an incident manager – Mandatory

– English – Fluent – Mandatory
