We are looking for an Integrator for our client in Brussels.

Key responsibilities :
– You will monitor the health of our Production environments.
– You will communicate on issues with internal and external partners.
– You will do a first technical analysis on incidents. And will drive them till closure.
– You provide support and guidance during the development and test phases. Ensuring delivered implementations are fit for operations.
– You will align, support and execute applicative deploys, as well as infrastructure changes.
– Take ownership (scope, timing, quality) for assignments and for communication with customers, colleagues, partners and suppliers.
– Monitor messaging traffic and other production activities over the different interfaces. Act accordingly in case of failures.
– Perform incident analysis.
– For recurring issues launch Problems and work together with other team members towards a solution.
– Ensure technical support to key users and functional analysts, to take initiative to develop improvements.
– Adhere and follow the solution lifecycle methodology.
– Understand the solution architecture and maintain the technical documentation to ensure an up-to-date high level and detailed knowledge on the system set-up within the Delivery and Operations Organization.
– Provide support in E2E incidents and problems during Extended business hours: 7h- 19h.
– Contribute in a 24/7 on-call guard duty for critical components.
– Support production deploys and infrastructure interventions in and out of business hours.
– Continuously improve the operational follow-up by fine-tuning procedures, documentation and automation.
– Drive the Operations team to a Dev-Ops mode.

– ITIL incident management process – Must have

Languages :
– Good operational knowledge in English – Must have
– Fluent in French or Dutch – Must have
