Our client, located in Brussels and easily reachable in public transports, is currently looking for a International Project Manager (H/F) to reinforce their teams.

Your main tasks include : 

– Technical Secretary for the three levels of RNP governance (ISG, PCG, Steering Committee), convening and preparing relevant material,
– Manage the key business partnership with Unicorn and acts as the SPOC holding regular meetings,
– Own the RNP Roadmap of future changes/releases and coordinate on behalf of all parties,
– Manages the commercial negotiation of the Operational Agreement and Participation Agreement contracts,
– Manages the performance and involvement of the parties – i.e. highlights internal blockers,
– Acts as the liaison across the different customer teams,
– Acts as the liaison across all ICO to ensure alignment and satisfaction with the Unicorn service,
– Scheduling and manging escrow deposits and releases as well as security and performance testing alongside the ISG,
– Responsible for RNP new-joiners and facilitates the accession of new-joiners to the platform including negotiations, contractual amends and cost sharing,
– Manage investment proposals and change requests to RNP by overseeing the scope and the process for negotiation.
