In order to answer to a request of our client, we are looking for an IT Service Continuity Management (ITSCM) delivery consultant (H/F) (H/F) in Brussels.

Key responsibilities:
– Designing and implementing IT service continuity plans to ensure that critical IT services can be restored quickly in the event of a disruption.
– Testing and maintaining IT service continuity plans to ensure that they are effective and up-to-date.
– Providing advice and guidance to IT teams and other stakeholders on IT service continuity best practices.
– Utilizing PowerBI to analyze and report on ITSCM data.
– Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure delivery.
– Demonstrating a « go-getter » attitude, taking initiative to identify and address potential issues.
– Possessing relevant cloud skills.
– Helping minimize the impact of disruptions on IT services and ensuring that they can continue to operate effectively during a crisis.

Expected competencies :
– Experience in IT Service Continuity Management – At least 3 years – Mandatory
– PowerBI – At least 1 one year – Mandatory
– AWS and Azure cloud certifications – Good to have

Languages :
– English – Fluent – Mandatory
– Dutch – Fluent – Mandatory
– French – Fluent – Mandatory
