Located in Lille, Lyon, Nantes, Grenoble and Brussels, Insitoo Freelances is an entity of Insitoo Group, specialized in Freelances sourcing and supplying.Since 2007, Insitoo Freelances serves as a reference thanks to its expertise in IT and its values of transparency and proximity.Currently, in order to answer to a request for proposals of our client, we are looking for an IT Support Officer (H/F) in Brussels.

The requirements are the following :

– Support the demand process: centralise requests, first quality check, coordination of the study – in close collaboration with the concerned line manager(s)

– Support for the management of the domain project portfolio : prioritization, budget monitoring, recurrent reporting, roadmap

– Setup and quality control of Clarity for all projects or maintenance, including gates, phases, and disciplines, support managers on this matter.

– Support the line, project or asset manager for the capacity planning, highlight capacity issues

– Support the Fixed Price subcontracting process during its execution – a.o. management of the inventory of On Demand Requests (ODR) and Documents Of Understanding (DOU), follow-up of invoicing / delays / issues / quality indicators, support for the forecasting process.

– Follow-up and monitoring of budget

– Setup and management of SharePoints

– Preparation of reports and presentations on above topics

– Other ad hoc tasks related to team, project or asset administration

Expected skills :
– Knowledge of project management processes and tools – Mandatory
– Reporting and documentation – Mandatory
– English – Fluent – Mandatory
– French or Dutch – Fluent – One of both is mandatory

Telework/On-site : At least 3 days every two weeks on site.
