Actuellement, afin de répondre aux besoins de nos clients, nous recherchons un Medior- senior System & OPS Engineer à Bruxelles.

As an Ops Engineer the services covered are mainly support as escalation for lower levels, design and architecture for new projects, maintain technical environments in scope and review of external providers’ activities.

• You have a Bachelor or a Master degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience

• You have minimum 5 years of experience as a system/ops engineer;

• You have a significant experience with Active Directory;

• You are fluent in English and French or Dutch.

You mission :

Incident and request management :

• monitor and follow-up incidents and requests reported to I&P Technical Operations team 

• coordinate efforts from several teams, including external providers

• participate to incident review meetings and service review meetings with service providers

Project management :

• act as coordinator for technical part within agreed technical scope for THE CUSTOMER projects

• act as owner of technical projects such as software upgrades, driving lower support lines of external providers, or internal teams, supporting THE CUSTOMER infrastructure

Technical architecture :

• review each technology in scope twice a year

• formalize above review in the technical pillar documents

• be able to provide expert level advices to lower support lines of external providers, or internal teams, supporting THE CUSTOMER infrastructure related to architecture related matters
