Actuellement, afin de répondre aux besoins de nos clients, nous recherchons un PMO (H/F)pour notre clien à La Défense.

Support of Projects & consulting boost initiative:

 

·       Provide day-to-day support for program/project managers and team lead.

·       Assisting with project manager : documentation structure, editing and formatting slides, data gathering, exploration and proper visualization , methodology, using tools and manage process changes.

·       Implement agile methodologies.

·       Track, review, and control programs/project progress at defined points

·       Define and develop steering indicators, monitor, and assess the progress and quality of tasks.

·       Oversee operational project planning, reporting, risk management and budget control.

·       Conduct regular status updates, risk assessments, and ensure project alignment with business objectives.

Direct support of PMO Agile Team:

 

·       Consolidate inputs from various stakeholders,

·       Implement chosen strategical PMO goals.

·       Create regular PMO status reports & follow up on agreed action points.

·       Execute information sessions on different levels in our organization.

·       Develop project management methods.

·       Improve standardization and continuous improvement in PMO.

·       Conduct research and collect data on various topics related to the client’s needs.

·       Assist in the development of strategies and recommendations for clients.

·       Analyze data and present findings to senior consultants.

>2 years of experience :

·       Experience in creating project and management presentations as well as data gathering, exploration and proper visualization.

·       Outstanding communication skills – ability to establish and manage positive relationships with project stakeholders.

·       Excellent English skills (work in international projects)

·       Experience with PM tools & ERP systems as an asset (ex. JIRA, Clarizen, SAP)
