We are seeking an experienced IT portfolio manager to oversee our organization’s portfolio of Security projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining a comprehensive portfolio management framework that aligns with the organization’s strategic goals and objectives. The IT portfolio manager will work closely with senior leadership and project managers to ensure that projects are delivered to the required quality standards.

Responsibilities :
– You develop and maintain a prioritized project pipeline, ensuring that resources are allocated appropriately to meet Infra & Security needs
– You collaborate with senior leadership to ensure that the portfolio aligns with the organization’s strategic goals and objectives
– You maintain a holistic and global view of the project portfolio and ensure a recurrent reporting to the top management
– You support project managers to ensure that projects are delivered according to best practices and act as a role model
– You drive continuous improvement in IT portfolio management processes and procedures

Expected skills :
– Microsoft certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert – Mandatory

– Microsoft certified: Microsoft Security, Compliance, and Identity Fundamentals – Mandatory

– PECB certified: ISO 27001 Senior Lead Auditor – Mandatory

– PECB certified: NIS2 Directive Senior Lead Implementer – Mandatory

– Proven experience as architect and project leader – Mandatory

– Proven experience with Active Directory (DHCP, DNS, DFC, Clustering, GPO) – Mandatory

– Proven experience with cybersecurity audits – Mandatory

– Proven experience with IAM and PAM – Mandatory

– Proven experience with MSP¨contracts negotation and follow-up – Mandatory

– Proven experience with networks, hypervisors, Azure – Mandatory

– Proven experience as Technical Writer – Is a plus

– Proven experience in crisis management – Is a plus
– Proven experience with PMI or Prince 2 – Mandatory

Languages
– Fluent in Dutch or French and good understanding of second language – Mandatory
