Located in Lille, Lyon, Nantes, Grenoble, and Brussels, Insitoo Freelances is an entity of Insitoo Group, specialized in Freelances sourcing and supplying.Since 2007, Insitoo Freelances has been a reference in IT thanks to its expertise, transparency, and proximity .Currently, in order to answer to a request for proposals of our client, we are looking for a Product Owner in Brussels.

Key tasks :
– Manages the relationship with his (Business) clients and stakeholders, existing one as well as potential ones.
– Manages the intake of new cases, clarifies the high level needs and drafts the product’s key functional specifications in collaboration with relevant experts (architects, developers..).  Can contribute to more technical discussions if required.
– Builds the product and squad backlog (including change and lifecycle management), prioritizes the roadmap and communicates and explains the priorities
– Elaborates on the product strategy of his scope.
– Shares the priorities and explains the scope and needs to the squad, helps the squad with refinement activities to empower the squad to progress autonomously.
– Works in close collaboration with the scrum master who ensures delivery follow-up and delivery facilitation. Through the agile ceremonies and other ad hoc sessions, the PO keeps an eye on the progress on prioritized items (quality, adherence with needs, delivery status). He updates customers and stakeholders through the product boards. 

– Manages communication to stakeholders in product boards and other forums, mitigate potential conflicts and reinforces the collaboration any time.
– Makes sure legal, risk, compliance and group guidelines are considered and taken into account in the way solutions are designed and delivered.

Expected skills :
– English – Fluent – Mandatory
– French or Dutch – Fluent – One of both is mandatory
– Agile Mindset – Mandatory
– Agile or project methodology
– Technical and functional acquaintance – Mandatory
– Experience in Bank environment – Is a plus
