The requirements are the following :

– Preparation of strategic presentations, speeches, videos, internal meetings of the head of CSC. This also includes the reporting towards ExCo, KPI reporting, input for Board presentations,…
– Co-organization of the CSC management team off-sites and CSC extended management teams (agenda topics & speakers, presentations,…), in close collaboration with CSC Communications Team
– Ad hoc data gathering and crunching in context of (pre-)studies, reportings, analysis, and making this data visually clear & strong (e.g in PPT presentation)
– Managing your own projects and initiatives for CSC. The type of project can vary in function of timing and priorities. For example FTE/Budget review, strategic KPI dashboard, explore opportunities of Generative AI for CSC, …
