We are looking for a Projet manager for our client in Brussels. 

Telework/onsite : Minimum of 2 days per week on-site

Role and responsibilities :

• Ensure landscape in co-creation with all impacted parties/partners.

• Ensures sufficient and knowledgeable resources in collaboration with the Chapter Leads.

• Steers the functional/technical resources to contribute timely and qualitatively.

• Facilitates -in time- decision-making/taking between all impacted parties/partners.

• Ensures continuous involvement of stakeholders and partners.

• Ensures solution provides an appropriate answer to the defined requirements/outcome.

• Ensures necessary GDPR and Cyber-Security are realized in due time.

• Ensures quality of the solution and adherence to ENGIE standards & governance.

• Ensures the service deliverables (SLA, BA…) are updated and signed-off.

• Ensures data migration strategy/mapping is elaborated and signed-off .

• Ensures migration scripts and cutover plan are designed, build and tested.

• Ensures Dry Runs to confirm quality, delays and success ETL.

• Ensures comprehensive Test Mgmt is ensured.

• Ensures adequate resources are available in due time for prepare/execute testing.

• Actively follows-up on progress/mitigation KPIs.

• Ensures comprehensive Change Management is ensured.

• Ensures communication, training and transition (prepare/execute)

• Reports to the Sponsor and SteerCo together with Lead Support. Ideally as 1 voice.

• Provides Go / No Go advice to SteerCo based on the acceptance criteria and readiness.

• Ensures the Transfer to Service is designed and signed-off with the ‘Support’ stakeholders

Expected skills and experience :
– Previous experiences in utilities sector – Must have
– Experience in projet management (business & technical) – At least 8 years – Must have
– Conceptual thinking – Must have

Languages requirements :
– English – Fluent – Must have
– Dutch – Fluent – Must have
– French – Fluent – Must have
