Basée à Lille, Lyon, Nantes, Grenoble et Bruxelles, Insitoo Freelances est une société du groupe Insitoo, spécialisée dans le placement et le sourcing des Freelances IT et Métier. Depuis 2007, Insitoo Freelances a su s’imposer comme une référence en matière de freelancing par son expertise dans l’IT et ses valeurs de transparence et de proximité. Actuellement, afin de répondre aux besoins de nos clients, nous recherchons un PSO/PMO (H/F) à Bruxelles, Région de Bruxelles-Capitale, Belgique.

Tasks:

• Follow-up and monitoring of budget (forecast generation + analysis of the delta, ventilation of fixed price on different project lines, …)

• Support the Fixed Price subcontracting process during its execution – a.o. management of the inventory of Statement Of Work (SOW), follow-up of invoicing / delays / issues / quality indicators, support for the forecasting process.

• Creation/update/validation of Purchase Order (for licences and/or contracts)

• Follow-up of the invoicing compared to the available budget

• Setup and quality control of some tools like Clarity, Rally, Netive, …

• Timesheet validation

• Other ad hoc tasks related to team, project or asset administration

Required :

3 years of revelant experience

Sound knowledge of English as well as at least one local language (Dutch and/or French)

Expectation: 50% on site & 50% homeworking

Good Excel knowledge

Knowledge of SAP – Rally – Clarity is a plus

Good understanding of the Purchase Order (PO), invoicing workflow

Good understanding of the interaction with fixed price suppliers
