Located in Lille, Lyon, Nantes, Grenoble and Bruxelles, Insitoo Freelances is an entity of Insitoo Group, specialized in Freelances sourcing and supplying.Since 2007, Insitoo Freelances serves as a reference thanks to its expertise in IT and its values of transparency and proximity.Currently, in order to answer to a request for proposals of our client, we are looking for a Scrum master (H/F) in Brussels.

The requirements are the following :

– Set up and facilitate the Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-up, Sprint Review, Sprint Planning, Retrospective) and other meetings
– Schedule and follow the key steps of the methodology
– Guarantee a smooth use of the Scrum methodology and help the Project Team face any obstacles
– Provide assistance or support to the Product Owner concerning the Product Backlog
– Assist and support the team in the delivery of the Definition of Done (DoD), Sprint Backlog, etc.
– Track team capacity and velocity metrics for planning and progress purposes
– Provides clear statuses towards all stakeholders
– Coach and challenge the Project Team
– Help the Project Team face any difficulties and promote its gradual self-organization
– Remove barriers to team effectiveness and protect the team from outside distractions
– Create and track a delivery timeline
– Follow up the delivery (via e.g. setup Scrum of Scrums)
– Ambassador of agile methods within the company
– Provide to his/her superiors a reporting on the proper deployment of the Scrum methodology within projects
– Risk & issue management

Expected skills :
– English – Mandatory
– French or Dutch – One of both is mandatory
– At least 10 years of experience – Mandatory
– Agile Methodology – Mandatory
– Follow-up tools – Mandatory
– Experience in Banking sector – Good to have
