Description :
– You develop and maintain a prioritized project plan, work breakdown structure, defining a clear scope and ensuring that resources are allocated appropriately to meet Infra & Security needs
– You collaborate with senior leadership to ensure that the portfolio aligns with the organization’s strategic goals and objectives
– You maintain a holistic and global view of the project portfolio and ensure a recurrent reporting to the top management, stakeholders
– You manage smaller projects or support project managers to ensure that projects are delivered according to best practices and act as a role model
– You report to directly to the Chief information security Officer and to Senior managers within related domains (Risk management, Business continuity,…)

Expected skills and experience :
– Proven experience as project/program manager – At least 5 years – Must have
– Experience with Board reporting – Must have
– Experience with PMI or Prince 2 – Must have
– Certified ISO27001 lead implementer – Nice to have
– Certified ISO22301 BCP Implementer – Nice to have

– Proven experience with cybersecurity/ISMS audits – Nice to have
– Proven experience with NIS certification journeys – Nice to have

Languages requirements :
– English – Fluent – Must have
– Dutch / French – Fluent in one and minimum an intermediate level in the second one
