Actuellement, afin de répondre aux besoins de nos clients, nous recherchons un SENIOR BI DEVELOPER H/F à Annecy, France.

• Main responsibilities:

o Requirements gathering: collaboration and alignment with business users to understand their needs and translate them into technical specifications for reporting solutions

o Design & Mock-up: development of preliminary visual representations of the report final design to show stakeholders the layout, look and feel

o Solution development: data modelling according to the star schema principles (fact tables, dimension tables) and development of DAX measures based on the shared business requirements and calculation logic

o UAT & Deploy: ability to conduct User Acceptance Tests to ensure that the solution developed in Power BI is aligned to the data target sources results and to business logic calculations, deploy

and sharing of the final solutions in the Power BI Apps

o Continuous improvements & optimization: continuous improvements and fine-tuning to optimize performance and evolve the solution based on users’ feedback

o Data Security & compliance: development of Row-Level Security (RLS) rules to ensure that users can only see the data they are authorised to see, in accordance with the Disclosure Policy

Past experience:

o 3 to 5+ years of experience as a Power BI developer, preferable in D2C / B2B Industry

o Experience in developing and optimizing complex Power BI solutions

o Proven ability to design and implement scalable data models

o Proven ability to design dashboards based on data visualization principles

Technical skills:

o Proficiency in Power BI development, including reports creation

o Knowledge of Data Analysis Expressions (DAX) for creating calculations

o Familiarity with Jira

o Familiarity with Confluence

o Familiarity with Piano Analytics and Snowflake (nice to have)

• Work arrangement: 4-5 days/week (of which at least 2 days/weeks in office in Annecy, at least in the first 1-2 months)

• Availability: ASAP – from November 202
