Located in Lille, Lyon, Nantes, Grenoble and Bruxelles, Insitoo Freelances is an entity of Insitoo Group, specialized in Freelances sourcing and supplying.Since 2007, Insitoo Freelances serves as a reference thanks to its expertise in IT and its values of transparency and proximity.Currently, in order to answer to a request for proposals of our client, we are looking for an IT Buyer (H/F) in Brussels.

Context :
– Meet the requirements of businesses/entities in matters relating to external spending, based on the best cost-delivery-quality ratio and in compliance with the rules covering the control of operational risks.

– Optimize third parties spend by focusing on Total Cost of Ownership and demand management.

– Secure supplier relationships.

– Define norms and minimum control levels applicable to Procurement processes.

– Category management

– Procurement ensures that the company acquires the right products and services from the best suppliers at true market conditions in all spend categories.

The requirements are the following :

– Implement the Group’s IT procurement strategy

– Ensure that savings are achieved through the negotiated global or local contracts implementation in line with the needs of the internal customers in terms of cost, quality, lead-times and service level of suppliers.

– Monitor the suppliers’ risk on his or her suppliers portfolio,

– Contribute to cross category sourcing initiatives and global process and tools initiatives when applicable.

– Actively participate in supplier management process such as steering committees, supplier risk and performance assessments to ensure  maximum compliance to the contract

Expected skills :
– English – Mandatory
– French or Dutch – One of both is mandatory
– At least 8 years of experience, preferably in IT and sofware procurement
