Located in Lille, Lyon, Nantes, Grenoble and Brussels, Insitoo Freelances is an entity of Insitoo Group, specialized in Freelances sourcing and supplying.Since 2007, Insitoo Freelances serves as a reference thanks to its expertise in IT and its values of transparency and proximity.Currently, in order to answer to a request for proposals of our client, we are looking for a Service Delivery Manager (H/F) in Brussels.

The requirements are the following :

– Manage stakeholder expectations versus delivery capabilities

– Challenge the stakeholders to stabilize their requirements and guide them to stick to Service Now functionality and to establish realistic delivery dates

– Doing the functional and technical analysis based on the business requirements

– Service Now development and configuration activities

– Coach internal people in acquiring Service Now development, configuration and support skills 

– Taking initiative to improve our data quality

Expected skills :
– Service Now – Mandatory
– ITSM – Mandatory
– Agile methodology – Is a plus
– ITIL Certification – Is a plus
– English – Fluent – Mandatory
– French – Good knowledge – Mandatory
– Dutch – Is a plus

Telework/On-site : At least 3 days every two weeks.
