Located in Lille, Lyon, Nantes, Grenoble and Brussels, Insitoo Freelances is an entity of Insitoo Group, specialized in Freelances sourcing and supplying.Since 2007, Insitoo Freelances serves as a reference thanks to its expertise in IT and its values of transparency and proximity.Currently, in order to answer to a request for proposals of our client, we are looking for a Solution Architect (H/F) in Brussels.

The requirements are the following :

– Manage the enterprise tooling
– Further rollout the tool within the organisation by onboarding team by team
– Communicate and promote the tool as the enterprise tooling within the organization.
– Coach / train people with the usage of the tool
– Setup KPI around the usage of the tool
– Help with the build out of techstack conform
– Help with the build out of a data model
– Transform the IT strategy in an architecture that represents goals and target of the business
– Understand and ameliorate the business strategy translating it into IT requirements with alignment guarantee
– Define a strategy which is in line with business and company culture/expectations
– Identify the interdependencies between projects in order to prioritize then in the organization roadmap
– Actualize the transformation plans (roadmap) based on the real time evolution of the projects Team involvement
– Participate in the identification of the standards and architecture guidelines in regards to the job itself
– Initiate and maintain the architectural models

Expected skills :
– English – Professional working proficiency – Mandatory
– French or Dutch – Professional working proficiency – One of both is mandatory
– Master’s Degree in Computer Science OR equivalent through experience
– Expert knowledge of programming languages: Java, ESQL
– Expert knowledge of software: MQ, IIB, Web Service (REST/SOAP)
– Expert knowledge of methodology: Agile, Object oriented
– Good knowledge of tools: JIRA, Confluence, SVN, GIT
– IBM environment expert
– Excellent analytical and programming skills
– Excellent knowledge of the IT process management
– Excellent coaching & training skills

Telework/On-site : 2 days per week on site
