Our client has the objective to represent the voice or their customers and to make the actions of their peers tangible by collecting and analyzing relevant client feedback leveraged with data insights, alongside market information & financial results. For one of our major customer in Brussels, in the insurance sector, we are looking for aTechnical Leader (H/F) to manage a developement team.

The scope of the development team is not limited to front-end applications, so full-stack profiles are expected.

The technical leader is a senior developer.

– Next to his classical development tasks, he will be asked to:Perform code review on his projects
– Define and guarantee the unit testing strategy and development on his project
– Take the lead on the technical track.
– Technical documentation and training follow-up
– Maintenance and evolution of the Web Template, which is a common library of components

The factory resources will have to show skills in the following topics:
–        Development of front-end and back-end applications
–        Structure of an application in services
–        Knowledge of classical development patterns (business layers / data access layers…)
–        Development of batches, knowledge of asynchronous patterns
–        Web services (Rest, SOAP, etc.).

The following technical skills are required:

– Web applications, CSS, HTML5, Bootstrap, Entity Framework, JQuery, SSIS, Stored procedures.
– Databases are managed under SQL Server, and the factory developer must be able to develop back-end applications using state of the art practices. Code-first or DB first knowledge should be mastered, as well as Entity Framework.
