We are looking for a Technical Trainer for our client in Brussels. 

Duration : 5 months (Full time)

Remote : No remote

Main responsibilities :

You play a key role in developing and delivering high-quality technical training.

The knowledge you transfer directly contributes to the correct maintenance, diagnosis, and repair of vehicles, in line with manufacturer standards, safety regulations, and quality requirements.

Training delivery

• Deliver technical training sessions (classroom, workshop, digital or blended learning)

• Ensure effective knowledge transfer to technicians and dealer staff

• Adapt training approach to audience level (junior to expert)

Content development

• Translate manufacturer training material into clear, practical and impactful modules

• Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of training programmes

• Integrate new technologies (EV, digital tools, diagnostics systems) into training content

Technical expertise

• Stay up to date with automotive innovations (electrification, connectivity, etc.)

• Maintain strong technical knowledge aligned with OEM standards

• Support dealerships in understanding technical procedures and best practices

Operational support

• Prepare training environments (vehicles, tools, components)

• Manage training materials and equipment when needed

• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (training managers, technical experts)

Quality & compliance

• Ensure training meets manufacturer requirements and certification standards

• Contribute to continuous improvement and quality assurance (ISO, audit context)

• Support the Academy in achieving customer satisfaction and operational excellence

Expected skills and experience :

• Training & knowledge sharing

• Technical knowledge in automotive technology

• Experience in diagnostics, repair or technical support (dealer or OEM environment)

• Strong pedagogical skills and ability to explain complex topics clearly

• Comfortable presenting and facilitating training sessions

• Ability to adapt communication style to different audiences

• Adaptability in a fast-changing technical environment

• Structured and quality-driven mindset

Expected languages :

• Dutch – Full professional proficiency – Must have

• French – Full professional proficiency – Must have

• English – Limited working proficiency – Is a plus
