Located in Lille, Lyon, Nantes, Grenoble and Brussels, Insitoo Freelances is an entity of Insitoo Group, specialized in Freelances sourcing and supplying.Since 2007, Insitoo Freelances serves as a reference thanks to its expertise in IT and its values of transparency and proximity.Currently, in order to answer to a request for proposals of our client, we are looking for a Test Engineer – Dynamics 365 (H/F) in Brussels.

The requirements are the following :

– Creating and development of test scenarios & test cases and it’s maintenance in collaboration with the development team as analysts, developpers, projectleaders, UAT testers
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand software requirements and design comprehensive test plans and test cases for Microsoft Dynamics platform-based applications.
– Execute test cases manually and/or using automated testing tools to validate software functionality, performance, reliability, and usability.
– Identify, document, and prioritize software defects, working closely with developers to ensure timely resolution.
– Perform regression testing to verify that defects have been addressed and new functionality has been implemented correctly.
– Test execution during the development phase
– Contribute to the development and maintenance of automated test scripts to streamline testing efforts and improve efficiency.
– Continuously monitor and improve software testing processes and methodologies to enhance product quality and accelerate release cycles.
– Report to the development team when in regards to the quality and progress of their developed project
– Identification and creation of test scenarios for the (web)application (SOAP is a must skill) within M-Team: manual – 20%, and automated – 80%.
– Execution of (non-)regression testing to assure the integrity of the current functionalities
– Participation in the re-evaluation & approval of the deliverables of other testers (scenarios, plans, automated tests, etc)
– Makes sure the all test are realized in the applicable environment, while monitoring it’s execution & test Framework management (adjusting where necessary).
– Time line management and progress monitoring – report
– Write the test scenarios and report on them to assure ongoing quality through the identification of the necessary regression tests.
– Document the test results & communicate thouroughly with the team leader.
– Analyze & report possible improvement of the development cycle for the applications avoiding problems during the production stage.

Expected skills :
– Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement – In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement module, including Sales, Marketing, Customer Service, and Field Service
– SOAP – Mandatory
– English – Fluent – Mandatory

– French or Dutch – Fluent – One of both is mandatory

Telework/On-site : 2 days per week on site
