The requirements are the following :

– Drives and coordinates the delivery of Initiatives and Opuses

– Organizes ceremonies at Cluster or Tribe level

– Brings together relevant stakeholders

– Resolves Cluster/Tribe-level impediments

– Perform reporting towards relevant stakeholders on Initiative and Opus delivery progress

– Stimulates other roles to act autonomously

– Contributes to the continuous improvement of the Cluster/Tribe

– IT Background

Expected skills :
– IT Background – Mandatory
– Experiences as a Scrum Master – Mandatory

– English – Mandatory
– Dutch – Is preferred
– French – Is preferred
