[email protected]Patrick oprichter en voorzitter van Insitoo, behaalde zijn diploma aan de ingenieursschool Telecom-SudParis. Na meer dan twintig jaar ervaring in bedrijfsontwikkeling te hebben opgedaan in de IT-sector en in digital servicebedrijven, beslist hij in 2007 om Insitoo op te richten. Zijn doelstelling? Inspelen op de vraag van klanten die nieuwe talenten zoeken, en aan de freelancers in het Franse Noorden een dienstenaanbod voor te stellen.
Als fervent fietser en piloot weet hij maar al te goed wat het betekent om het stuur in handen te hebben. Hij mag dan al vaak (letterlijk) met zijn hoofd in de wolken zitten, als het op besturen aankomt, staat hij met zijn voeten stevig op de grond.

[email protected]Nadat hij in 1990 afstudeerde aan de UTC in Compiègne, deed Éric achtentwintig jaar lang ervaring op bij grote digital servicebedrijven, in Frankrijk en daarbuiten.
“Forehand, Set & Match” is zijn filosofie, in het spel en op het werk. Als voormalig topsporter is Éric een vechter, maar dan een die getuigt van de nodige nieuwsgierigheid en creativiteit om de activiteit van Insitoo, te ontwikkelen; en laat hij daar dan ook nog eens plezier in vinden.

Haar drijfveer: de diversiteit van noden en mensen. En alles in het werk stellen om zowel de freelancers als de klanten tevreden te stellen. Op kantoor is Manon even snel als op haar motor en aan creativiteit heeft ze ook geen gebrek als ze voor u naar oplossingen zoekt

[email protected]Lisa werkt sinds september 2019 bij Insitoo in het kader van haar master Human Resources Management. Wat haar vooral bevalt in het beroep van Freelance Finder is het jagen op nieuwe talenten.
Haar grootste troef is haar luisterend oor. En hoewel voor Lisa “de hele wereld een cactus is”, laat ze zich niet prikken om hiervan te profiteren.

Ze staat in voor de “portage salarial” en begeleidt ingenieurs die de stap naar freelancing wil zetten. Haar drijfveer? Zichzelf ontplooien in een vernieuwende juridische sector, aan ieders verwachtingen voldoen en een kwaliteitsservice garanderen. Precisie en organisatie: dat is haar lijfspreuk!
